Hi! A lot of my followers wanted to know how much deciliter, tbsp, tsp etc is in grams. So I made a diagram that shows the amount of grams in different food types. Hope you like it! 🙂

Rasberry/Blueberry jam

This is a quick and easy jam thats is super delicous. I have only done it once and I had it with my pancakes and that was so good. I think that you guys should try it.

 

50 g frozen rasberries

50 g frozen blueberries

2 tbsp stevia (less or more depeding on  how sweet you want it to be)

 

Warm the berries and mix it with the stevia. Yep, thats it. Super easy as I said 🙂

Cinnamon pancakes

Makes 9 pancakes

1/2 dl graham flour

2 tbsp milk

1/2 dl low fat yoghurt

2 tsp cinnamon

2 tbsp stevia

3 eggwhites

 

Mix all the ingredients together an fry them in a non stick pan. Serve with whatever you like, I had mine with frozen rasberrie/blueberry smoothie.

9 pannkakor

1/2 dl grahamsmjöl

2 msk mjölk

1/2 dl lätt naturell yoghurt

2 tsk kanel

2 msk stevia strö

3 äggvitor

 

Vispa samman alla ingredienserna till en slät pannkakssmet. Stek plättarna tills de börjar bubbla lite på ena sidan då vet man att det är dags att vända på dem.

 

Rasberry/Blueberry smoothie

1 smoothie.

100 g low fat yoghurt

1/2 banana

100 g rasberries/blueberries

(2 msk stevia if you want it sweeter or maybe some honey)

 

Mix everything togeteher and put it in the freezer overnight if you want it o be more like ice cream like I did or just drink it as a ordinary smoothie.

Total fat: 0,9 g

Total carbs: 25 g 

Protein: 6 g

1 dl lätt naturell yoghurt

100 g hallon/blåbär

1/2 Banan

 

Mixa allting i en mixer och ställ in i frysen under natten, då blir smoothine lite mer som en glass (jag jorde så) eller så dricker ni den på en gång som en normal smoothie. 

 

Breakfast 27 September: Smoothie and vanillia graham pancakes

Good morning! 

 

Today I made my vanillia graham pancakes (the same recipe as the ordinary vanillia pancake but I used grahamflour instead of wheat flour) and a delicious smoothie I would like to share the recipe of. 

 

(Preperation for my breakfast)

 

1 smoothie.

50 g frozen rasberries

1 frozen nectarine

1/2 frozen banana

1 dl (100 g) low fat yoghurt

 

Mix everything together, Taaada!

Total fat: 0,4 g

Total carbs: 37 g

Protein: 6,5 g

 

1 smoothie.

50 g frusna hallon

1 frusen nektarin

1/2 frusen banan

1 dl lätt naturell yoghurt

 

Mixa alla ingredienser med en mixer. Taada!
