Hi!

 

Today I made up a new pancake recipe. We did’nt have so much food at home so I just took what we had. And the result went out amazing! The pancakes is made of whole wheat flour (we didnt have anything else home) so I cant say how ”clean” they are but they are low in calorie and that is what I’m most intrested of, the calories. 

 

Makes 9 pancakes.

1/2 dl whole wheat flour (or a healthyer option of flour. Maybe oatflour or almond flour?)

1/2 dl low fat cottage cheese

3 eggwhites 

2 tbsp milk

2 1/2 tsp stevia

1 tsp vanillia extract

1/2 tsp baking soda

 

Mix all the ingredients together an fry them in a non stick pan. Serve with whatever you like, I had mine with nectarine, rasberrys and honey.

Recept för 9 pannkakor.

1/2 dl vete mjöl (För hälsosammare: havremjöl, mandelmjöl, grahamsmjöl etc)

1/2 dl lätt keso

3 äggvitor 

2 msk mjölk

2 1/2 tsk stevia strö

1 tsk vaniljpulver

1/2 tsk bakpulver

 

Vispa samman alla ingredienserna till en slät pannkakssmet. Stek plättarna tills de börjar bubbla lite på ena sidan då vet man att det är dags att vända på dem.

Banana/rasberry oatmeal cupcakes

Makes 3 cupcakes.

1/4 dl oats

1/2 mashed banana

100 g eggwhites (3 eggwhites),

50 g rasberrys (works with other fruits and berrys too).

 

Mix it all together and put them in muffin cups. Put it in the microwave 3-5 minutes. You can add wich topping you want, i had low fat cottage cheese and nectarines.

3 cupcakes.

1/4 dl havregryn

1/2 mosad banan

100 g äggvita (ca 3 ägg)

50 g hallon. (Funkar svälvklart med andra bär eller frukter också).

 

Lägg ”smeten” i muffinsformar och kör in i Mikron på full effekt i 3-5 minuter

 

Chocolate/banana oat pancakes

Makes 9 small pancakes.

1/2 dl oats

1/2 dl cottage cheese

1/2 mashed banana

3 eggwhites

2 tbsp milk

2 tsp cacao powder

Pinch of vanillia extract

stevia

 

Blend the osts with a mixer until them turn into ”flour” and add the rest of the ingredients. Fry the pancakes in a non stick pan.

9 pannkakor.

1/2 dl havregryn

1/2 dl lätt keso

1/2 mosad banan

3 äggvitor

2 msk mjölk

1 krm vaniljpulver

2 tsk kakao pulver

Stevia strö

 

Mixa havregrynen tills de blir ett mjöl och tillsätt sedan resten av ingredienserna och vispa till en slät pannkaks smet. Stek plättarna tills de börjar bubbla lite på ena sidan då vet man att det är dags att vönda på dem.

Breakfast cupcake in a cup

1 person.

1/2 dl oats

100 g eggwhites (3 egwhites)

1/2 banana

1 tbsp milk

Pinch of vanillia extract

 

Masch the banana and blend it with the other ingredients in a big tea/coffe cup. Put it in the microwave 1-2 minutes.

Protein: 13,1g

1/2 dl havregryn

100 g äggvita (ca 3 äggvitor)

1/2 banan

1 msk mjölk

1 krm vanilj pulver

 

Mosa bananen och blanda med de andra ingredienserna i en hög kopp. In i mikron i 1-2 minuter.

Chocolate cake (Microwave)

1 person

1tbs cacao,

1/4tspbaking soda

2tbsp stevia

10g melted butter

3tbsp milk

3tbsp flour

 

Mix all the dry ingredients together and after that put the milk and melted butter in the same bowl. Microwave for 1-1,5 minutes.

10g smält smör

3msk mjölk

3msk mjöl

 

Blanda alla de torra ingredienser i en skål och tillsätt sedan mjölken och smöret. In i mikron i 1-1,5 minuter!
