Oven baked oatmeal

This morning I made this oven baked oatmeal. And it was so good! It was almost like eating a dessert. So I have to share the recipe with you, I kno that you all will love it!

 

1 portion.

1,25 dl (41 g) oats

1 dl (100 g) milk

3 eggwhites (100 g)

1/2 tsp baking soda

2-3 tbsp stevia (optional) 

50 g raspberries 

 

Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Mix everything together and put it in the oven for 15-20 minutes. 

You can add any topping you like. I had turkish yoghurt with fun light juice as topping.

1,25 dl havregryn

1 dl mjölk

100 g äggvita (ca 3 stycken)

1/2 tsk bakpulver

2-3 msk stevia (valfritt) 

50 g hallon 

 

Värm ugnen till 200 °C. Bland ihop alla ingredienser i en ugnsäker skål och ställ in i ugnen i ca 15-20 minuter. 

Ät den som den är eller toppa den med vad du vill. Jag hade turkisk yoghurt utblandat med lite funlight saft på min.

    Vilken sorts havregryn använder du? Vilket märke osv..

    Instead of raspberries, can you mix apple or banana in the oatmeal instead? Is it like a mix and match what you like for taste?
