I’m sorry for the bad update but I’m sick. I can’t eat and I can barley drink water without feeling like throwing up. I hoping that I’m going to feel better tomorrow and that I might can get some food into my system.

This is me 3 months ago. When I was on wacation in  turkey and were out running at 06:30 every day in 45 degrees. My body has really improved since then. Especally my abs, my abs are much more visable now than bak then 😀


The feeling I get when I workout.

Headphones in my ears, my favorite music is turned on. The burning feeling in my body. Sweat. The feeling when I run 1 kilometer longer than I ususually do. When I can lift heavier than I have ever done before. Feeling my body, feeling my hurt pumping. THIS is happiness for me. 

 

From the begginig it can be hard to exercise. But after a while it will become a habit to put on that training shoes and go at for a run in the early morning when everyone is still asleep. It will become a habit to hit the gym everyday. You will be happy, you will be proud and you will just feel awesome. 

 

Screw all your excuses to not exercise. JUST DO IT. Put on your shoes and go out and move your booty. You will feel great afterwards. You are strong, you are beautiful and you can do it. All you need is to belive in yourself.
