Could you give tips on exercises that will burn fat from my inner thigh to work on a so called ”thigh gap”?
Girls, a thigh gap mkes no one happy. BELIEVE ME because I know. Not everyone can get a thigh gap, if you have wide hips your legs are naturally placed farther apart and you will get a thigh gap even if you have fat on your inner thighs. If your hips are narrow and your legs are closer together, it does not matter how thin you are because it will not be a gap in any case. A good example is my little sister Tilde who is 13 years old and only weighs 35 kg. Most of her friends in the same age weigh up to 50-65 kg and are completely normal in size. Even though she is so thin she dousnt have a thigh gap and she is still thinner than average.
However, to burn fat the main tool is to doing cardio. Muscles takes a lot of space too so if you want a thigh gap you should work your legs so much. If you want my opinion I think its a thousnad times sexier with toned muscluar legs than just two ”sticks” that comes out fro the upper body so I work my legs by doing squats and lunges to get a nice bum, but that wont give you a thighgap. So to have a thigh gap your cardio goal should be to burn fat without gaining so much muscle mass in the thighs. Good wys of cardio is, running, bicykling, elliptical training and powerwalking.
But remember, a thigh gap makes no one happy. You are beautiful as you are, whether your thighs touch or not.
